Training Delivery

The Franchise Fee is paid to Vanderburgh Communities, up front, to cover initial training and establishing you as our franchisee. Any changes to be made to this site should be requested to the marketing department of EcoSoberHouse.

House Managers and staff lead and support each home; helping to ensure a positive recovery environment for all residents. Our franchise fee covers the Initial Training and the other resources and supports we offer to new Operators. Most of our additional training, including Immersive Training, is included in our Ongoing Service Fee. So you have a home Alcohol detoxification and the skills and knowledge you need to be successful, and opening day is fast approaching. Resident Applications

In addition to normal operating costs of the home, Vanderburgh Communities charges an Ongoing Service Fee and administers a Marketing Fund in service of Addiction all EcoSoberHouse homes. In addition to a live-in House Manager and trained Operator, all sober houses offer a Recovery Community Mentor. This role functions similar to a case manager in a clinical setting. They are available Sober companion to support every resident’s recovery on an as-needed basis and meet them where they are in their journey. We offer a streamlined application process by accepting applications online and offering same-day approval in most cases.
